John Balcomb set about setting up a company to fulfill his passion and vision for Vespa's and Lambretta's, and in 2005 this became a reality with the formation of JB Tuning.

With over 27 years of experience tuning scooters, John has ridden far and wide as well as having a well established reputation on the race track.

In the past four years, John has managed to bring scooter tuning back to the masses and put the south east of England back on the map. Working out of an Industrial complex in the surrounds of London Southend Airport.

JB Tuning boast a 'Dynapro' Dynometer, which is nationally recognised as one of the best in it's kind.

We are at the heart of two stroke tuning for Vespa, Lambretta, Rotax, MZ and many others, and our Dyno work is recognised as professional and accurate and that is why we are used in various magazines for testing components, cylinder kits and exhaust systems.

Along with our Dyno work we also supply customers with parts and products from leading manufactures.

Our Current workforce is now made up of two full members of Staff and two part time members. We aim to look after our customers over the internet like we do in the workshop. We are always on-hand to help customers.
